Sand Hills, Augusta University’s national literary magazine, is open to submissions through March 20 in poetry, prose and visual art. Augusta University students submit for free.
Established in 1973 and run by Augusta University students through the Department of English and World Languages, Sand Hills publishes in print annually.
“Sand Hills is a wonderful place to submit your work, because we are committed to publishing work by a diverse group of writers and artists! We want to continue to encourage submissions from BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ and underrepresented communities,” said Nicole Earl, a psychology major, creative writing minor and editor for Sand Hills.
Previously published work is not eligible for inclusion.
