Allergy-Immunology Fellow wins second place trophy

Dr. Brian Reed, chief allergy-immunology fellow at the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University, worked with team member Dr. Stephanie Mawhirt, NYU Winthrop Hospital, to win second place in the 27th annual Fellow-in-Training (FIT) Bowl.

The FIT Bowl was held at the 2018 American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (ACAAI) Annual Scientific Meeting Saturday, Nov. 17, in Seattle, Washington. With participating teams from training programs around the country, Reed and Mawhirt competed to answer a variety of questions posed by an expert panel.
