More than 150 schoolchildren receive oral health care at annual Give Kids a Smile Day

More than 150 children from New Holland, Rollins and Monte Sano Elementary schools were given free cleanings, screenings and other dental health services by students and faculty with The Dental College of Georgia and the College of Allied Health Sciences at Augusta University. The annual Give Kids a Smile Day, launched by the American Dental Association in 2003, is a national initiative that provides complimentary oral care to underserved children.
