Here, Andy Yurechko, a registered dietitian at Augusta University, talks about the importance of hydration and nutrition for endurance athletes.

Yurechko holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in clinical nutrition. He is also a swimmer who branched out into distance triathlon.
