WalletHub: 2017’s Best Places to Celebrate Easter

The Easter season is here and, for some, that means indulging in chocolate bunnies, shopping for clothes to wear Easter Sunday or taking the kids Easter egg hunting. However, Christians view this week as a holy time of year marking the end of Lent and the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

A recent WalletHub survey showed some Americans feel the Easter spirit more than others, depending on where they live. But, many consumers are wondering if Easter is becoming more commercial, according to Dr. Marsha Loda, associate professor of Marketing in the Hull College of Business.
