Update: AU Comprehensive Administrative Review

Huron presented the first draft of the AU CAR report to Executive Cabinet on November 8, 2018.

Huron discussed how they could improve this initial report to better reflect the complexities or our organization. Ultimately, there are four parts to the report, including a Spend Analysis, an analysis of our organizational Spans and Layers, results from the employee Activity Assessment, and the Opportunity Identification.

Once a final report is received from Huron, the report evaluation team will review the information and make recommendations to the President.

We expect to receive the final report by early February. Please continue to check the AU-CAR website for the latest information.
