Academic and Faculty Affairs has partnered with the Division of Communications & Marketing and the Office of Learning, Leadership, and Development to host four faculty expert training sessions March 28-29 with Kevin Anselmo, former Duke University director of public relations and author of Maximize Your Impact: How academics can translate knowledge through traditional and digital media.

The approximately 2.5 hour sessions will cover the importance of media engagement for professional reputation and recruitment, as well as how to articulate key messages and communicate academic expertise in interviews and in writing.

Sessions will be held on the Summerville and Health Sciences campuses and are open to all faculty and staff on a first-come, first-served basis.
