Patients to receive new statements and billing portal

Now, if you receive treatment at GRHealth, the Children’s Hospital of Georgia, GRHealth clinics or Medical Associates, you will receive one newly designed and easy-to-understand bill. Only anesthesia and ER physicians will bill separately.

Along with the new bill comes the flexibility of the new Patient Billing Portal, which allows you to pay and manage all of your accounts from one convenient site.

Among other things, the new portal allows you to view and print current and previous statements, make or schedule online payments, set up an auto debit payment plan, choose payment methods and print or submit charity care applications. And the live chat function gets you fast answers to whatever questions might arise.
