Parking Deck Maintenance UPDATE

The CHOG deck has been cleaned yet still requires some restriping to be fully complete. The restriping will resume over the weekend, so please plan for deck closures. We encourage employees to use the MOB deck temporarily or surface lots close by while this work is being performed.

Beginning Friday, May 27, at 2 p.m., the 15th Street deck employee entrance will be closed. Any staff members who normally move their vehicles at 2 p.m. to this deck should not do so while the cleaning project is underway. The employee side of the deck will remain closed through Monday, May 30, reopening Tuesday morning, May 31. Impact to traffic is expected to be minimal with this being Memorial Day weekend.

We encourage employees to temporarily seek parking in the MOB deck, Lot 69 and Lot 70 on Laney Walker Boulevard, or other nonreserved spaces close by.

As a reminder, the 15th Street deck visitor side will be closed starting at 5 p.m. on Friday, June 3, and last until June 5. The bottom three floors will be cleaned during this time to minimize impact. The top floors of the patient side will be closed for work through June 9.

Visitors will be allowed to park in unreserved spots on the employee side temporarily while work is ongoing on the patient/visitor side.
