On-campus cake sale May 25 benefits volunteer programs and scholarships

On May 25, the Office of Volunteer Services and Community Engagement will partner with the Evans, Georgia, location of Nothing Bundt Cakes to host a bake sale benefitting Augusta University and AU Health volunteer scholarships and programs.

The sale will be from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., or until sellout, in the lobby of Professional Building One on the Health Sciences Campus.

Those interested in a larger cake order are encouraged to preorder in case the fundraiser sells out early. Customers can preorder by calling Nothing Bundt Cakes at 706-810-8188 and indicating the order is for the AU Health fundraiser. The deadline for cake preorders is 5 p.m. May 21.

Cake flavors include chocolate chip, classic vanilla, red velvet, white chocolate raspberry, confetti, carrot, lemon, marble, pecan praline and — for a limited time — strawberries and cream.

Payroll deduction is available to AU Medical Center and AU Medical Associates employees with order totals of $40 or more.

Email Volunteer Services and Community Engagement with questions.
