Nominations open for PFCC awards

Do you work with someone who represents the best in patient- and family-centered care? If you do, nominate your colleague for PFCC Awards.

The PFCC Family Choice Award recognizes an individual who demonstrates the concepts of patent- and family-centered care: dignity and respect, information sharing, participation and collaboration.

The Patricia K. Sodomka Leadership Award honors a member of Augusta Health System leadership who demonstrates their ability to lead through creating programs, projects or activities that impact AU Health through patient- and family-centered practices, and inspires others to do the same.

The deadline to nominate a colleague is Friday, December 15.

Awards will be presented January 24, 2018, the evening prior to the 11th annual Augusta University Medical Center’s Patient- and Family-Centered Care Conference. You can register for the conference online, or call Angela for more information at (706) 721-PFCC (7233).
