New, personalized myAugusta intranet experience launches Dec. 17

Starting on Tuesday, Dec. 17, the myAugusta intranet will launch with a fresh design and improved functionality. Alongside this update, AU’s official mobile app, JagMobile, will be rebranded as myAugusta, providing a consistent experience across both the intranet and app, no matter your device.

Some downtime for the app and desktop platforms is expected during the transition, but we’ve provided quick access to copies of your favorite apps and tools to ensure a smooth experience. Those who have already downloaded the JagMobile app will need to simply update the app.

What’s new?

The new platform will feature an enhanced design and streamlined functionality that makes it easier to find the information you need, whether you’re on a desktop or mobile device.

What makes this update truly stand out is its customization. Whether you are faculty, staff or a student, the new intranet will deliver personalized, role-based information on a single dashboard. The content you see will be tailored to your specific needs, ensuring it’s always relevant and useful.

Why you’ll like it
  • Personalized experience: Get role-based information intended only for you.
  • Accessible anywhere: Whether you’re on your computer or mobile, myAugusta is just a click away.
  • Fresh new look: A modern design that’s easy to navigate, so you can find what you need faster.

What to expect on Dec. 17

While every effort is being made to ensure a seamless transition, brief interruptions may occur during the launch. Rest assured, we are committed to minimizing any downtime and will work diligently to have the new platform up and running as quickly as possible.

AU’s Division of Information Technology understands that change can present challenges, but this upgrade is designed to enhance your day-to-day experience, making it more streamlined and efficient. IT appreciates your understanding and looks forward to receiving feedback on the new system. If you wish to provide feedback, a button is located prominently on the new landing page.
