Since we began quarantining and social distancing ourselves in March, we’ve seen it have a huge impact on our mental health. Lizy Humphrey, a licensed counselor from Student Counseling and Psychological Services, joins us in the studio for a special episode of In the Wild to discuss how to cope in such trying times.
