It is time for the Augusta University Health 2020 Survey on Patient Safety Culture. Your commitment to provide safe care for our patients is the foundation of our organization, and your feedback is essential to sustain a culture focused on patient safety.

Your feedback from the 2018 Survey on Patient Safety Culture was collected, analyzed, and used to drive process improvement initiatives aimed at improving patient safety. As a result, our Safety Online System (SOS) has been revamped, the Patient Safety Events Team has been revitalized, and hospital acquired infections have been significantly reduced, all because of you and your focus on patient safety.
