Kick off holiday shopping with annual $5 fundraising sale

The Office of Volunteer Services and Community Engagement is hosting a $5 fundraising sale Nov. 15-17. The sale is open to Augusta University and Augusta University Health employees to kick off holiday shopping.

The sale will feature items from Masquerade, the country’s largest $5 jewelry and accessories retailer.

The sale will take place in the first floor lobby of Professional Building One at 1481 Laney-Walker Blvd.

• 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 15
• 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 16
• 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 17

Proceeds from the sale benefit volunteer scholarships and programs at Augusta University and AU Health.

To reduce crowding, the sale is not being advertised outside of the Augusta University community. At the event, social distancing, masks and hand sanitizing are strongly encouraged.

Cash and credit/debit cards are accepted. Payroll deduction is also available for employees of Augusta University Medical Center and Augusta University Medical Associates.
