ISIS branch could be new thorn in the side of Afghan peace talks, says Ratan

A recent article from The Guardian discusses how hope for Afghan peace is being threatened by the escalation of attacks by the Islamic State. The escalation follows increased operations by US Special Forces and the Afghan army to wipe out Islamic State fighters and disrupt supply lines that reach into Pakistan.
