Augusta University plans to expand its animation program to include an additional 21 faculty members in the Department of Art and Design, which will make it possible to attract about 400 more animation students in the coming years.

The annual event was held Sept. 7 on the Summerville Campus.

The book is designed for current instructors of public administration, political science and social science.

The conflict between Israel and Palestine dates back many years, but the recent escalation can be attributed to issues centering around Palestinian rights and access to the Al-Aqsa Mosque, which has had some restrictions recently because of violence between the two sides.

“We are so proud that Avery (Lewis) will be one of our first graduates in the Digital and Visual Storytelling degree, and I look forward to seeing what she does after graduation. She is certainly multitalented, a truly gifted performer, a successful writer and now she can add a couple of directing accolades to her vita, too,” said Augusta University associate professor Melanie Kitchens O’Meara, PhD.

“Our goal is to give these students a really good understanding of what it is like to be a teacher and to look at the different areas of teaching they can go into,” said Debbie Morowski, PhD.

Paceline will host its annual PaceDay Weekend from Saturday, Oct. 14 to Sunday, Oct. 15.
