Health system board to meet Aug. 23; Compensation Committee will meet Aug. 14

The AU Health System Board of Directors will meet at 1 p.m. Aug. 23 at the Children’s Hospital of Georgia, 1446 Harper St., in Conference Room BT-1810 on the first floor. In addition, the following committees will meet the same day at:

• 8 a.m. – Audit, Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management Committee, AU Medical Center, second floor, Clinical Pathology Conference Room, BI-2006
• 9 a.m. – Quality Committee, AUMC, second floor, Hospital Administration Conference Room, BI-2077
• 10:30 a.m. – Finance Committee, AUMC, second floor, Clinical Pathology Conference Room, BI-2006

Please note that the Compensation Committee will meet the week prior at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 14 in the Human Resources Building at 1515 Pope Ave. in Conference Room FG-2201.
