In order to better understand the fight against HIV/AIDS and its various costs, WalletHub asked a series of questions to a panel of experts. Dr. Arni S.R. Srinicasa Rao, associate professor of epidemiology in the department of population health sciences at the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University was one of the experts asked to participate on the panel.
