Our annual Employee Engagement Survey is a vital strategy that helps us call the best plays for the future of Augusta University.

Employee Engagement Survey coming March 9

Together, we bring our ‘A’ game to Augusta University

Just as each athlete brings a unique set of strengths and talents as an Augusta University Jaguar, each member of our faculty and staff contributes valuable, diverse skills to Augusta University to advance our mission of delivering high-quality patient care, more leading-edge research and unique higher education opportunities.

Together, we bring our “A” game. Together, we transform employment into empowerment, demonstrated by our commitment to service and excellence.

With that in mind, we ask that you save the date of March 9 for Augusta University’s 2020 Employee Engagement Survey, sponsored by the Chronicle of Higher Education in partnership with Modern Think. Invitations to the survey will be sent via email from the external address of surveys@modernthink.net. The survey will be open through March 23.

In terms of “Great Colleges to Work For,” the survey’s former name, Augusta University is a desirable employer, and it continues to grow positively and steadfastly in both reputation and footprint. We attribute most of this growth to our dedicated faculty and staff.

Please take the opportunity to complete the 2020 survey. Your input is of the utmost importance.

Together, we bring our “A” game. We look forward to hearing from you.

Please contact the division of Institutional Effectiveness at 706-721-9667 or IE@augusta.edu for more information on the survey, and look for updates in Jagwire.
