Employee Awards deadline extended to Feb. 10

Employee Awards nomination deadline has been extended to February 10, 2017.

Winners will be announced during next Employee Awards Program scheduled on April 13 at 2:00 p.m. in the Lee Auditorium on the Health Sciences Campus.

The Employee Awards Program was initiated in 2015 based on feedback from the employee engagement survey to promote employee recognition. The event is coordinated by our Employee Advisory Council (EAC).

A new award, the “Hospital Quality Award,” has been added this year.

Award categories include:

  • Clay Adamson Facilities Services Employee of the Year Award (for University employees)
  • James A. & Erie P. Blissit Award (for University employees)
  • Golden Pen Award
  • Hospital Quality Award (for AU Health employees)
  • Service Excellence Award
  • SPIRIT Award
  • Teamwork Award

Criteria sheets for all of the awards can be found on the EAC Awards Program webpage.  Click on the award title to pull up the criterial sheet for each award. A link to the online nomination form can be found at the end of each criteria sheet.
