CuddleCot donated to help families at Children’s Hospital of Georgia

WLJ Angel Gowns co-founder Bella Bruce donated a CuddleCot — a cooling device that preserves a stillborn baby’s body in a bassinet or crib, extending the time a family has with their infant — to the Children’s Hospital of Georgia to support families grieving a stillbirth or infant who dies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, each year about 24,000 babies are stillborn in the United States. Click through the gallery above to see photos from the presentation Nov. 22.
