Confucius Institute to host Moon Festival and Confucius Institute Day

EVENT: The Augusta University Confucius Institute will host the Moon Festival and Confucius Institute Day, a free event where families will experience Chinese culture and traditions. Performances will include a lion dance and a kung fu show. People will also have a chance to taste Chinese tea and moon cakes and will get a free Chinese lantern and light stick.

LOCATION: Jaguar Student Activities Center ballroom on the Summerville Campus, 2500 Walton Way

TIME: 7-8 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 21

OPPORTUNITIES: Video, photo and interview opportunities available.
