Clowns can be scary, but free fair tickets are the best

Okay, so you’re bound to see a clown or two at the fair. But you know what makes it okay? Getting into the fair for free.

This year, thanks to the generosity of the Augusta Exchange Club, the faculty, staff and students of Augusta University get free family fair tickets for Sunday, Oct. 16, which is officially Augusta University Day at the Georgia-Carolina State Fair.

And since we’d love for everyone to see just how big Jaguar Nation really is, the folks at the JagStore are offering a 15 percent discount on Augusta University and Jaguar clothing on Friday, Oct. 14.

So now there’s no excuse not to show your colors at the fair

You can pick up your tickets at the following locations:

Student Center Wellness Desk
HR: both front desk locations (Annex and Pope Avenue)
Medical Center: West Entrance, South Entrance and Harper Street
CHOG: Front Desk
Residence Hall Front Desk

And don’t forget to share the fun on social media: #JagsAtTheFair
