Cancer Center gifted a million dollars to aid with search for director

Peter Knox is helping Augusta University in a big way. Knox recently gifted the university 1 million dollars to help the Cancer Center find a new director. This gift was inspired after a tour Mr. Knox took of the facilities, and is up to the director’s discretion as to how it will utilized.

“Mr. Peter Knox, the managing partner of Knox Equity, has stepped forward to provide a 1-million-dollar gift in support of our new Cancer Center Director,” said Augusta University President, Dr. Brooks Keel.
