15th Street and MOB deck gate changes announced

In conjunction with the recent notice about the hospital studying the parking situation and taking action to improve the patient experience, the following change will occur to the gate operations at the 15th Street and Medical Office Building parking decks:

Effective on Friday, June 9, the gate arms will no longer be raised at 2 p.m. Parking and Transportation staff will raise the arms at approximately 5 p.m. Staff that are not assigned to either of those parking decks will need to remain in their assigned lots until after 5 p.m.

Hours of service for the Green and Gold shuttle routes have been extended to 9 p.m. in order to provide free, safe transport to other health science campus parking lots. In addition, hospital employees walking to more distant lots may call security at Ext. 4787 to arrange for an escort to their vehicle when their evening shift ends.
