Updates for students, employees during Spring Break

Augusta University students and employees should be aware of parking and dining availability during Spring Break.

Campus Dining

Atrium Dining will close after lunch on Friday, April 1, and will reopen for dinner on Sunday, April 10. Einstein’s Bros. Bagels, the Summerville Food Court and Allgood Hall Sub Connection will close at 2 p.m. Friday, April 1, and will reopen for regular hours on Monday, April 11.

Students with Weekly 10, 15 or 19 meal plans may use dining dollars at the following locations during Spring Break:

  • Subway at 1467 Harper St. (706-737-1599)
  • Terrace Dining on the second floor of Augusta University Medical Center (please enter at Harper Street)

Any student in need of food may visit the Open Paws Food Pantry from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday in Suite 2004 of the Student Center on the Health Sciences Campus or in Bellevue Hall on the Summerville Campus.

Parking and Transportation

Several Summerville Campus parking lots will be closed for special event parking during Spring Break. Employees will have available parking in Lots 101, 102, 103, 109, 110, 111, 121, and 125. Lot numbers are posted on the light poles in the parking lot, or can be found using the Summerville Campus map. Signage will also be posted at lot entrances indicating availability for student and employee parking.

The special arrangements will be in effect Saturday, April 2, through Sunday, April 10. Lot 116 will be closed beginning Friday, April 1. All other campus parking will be available for regular use by students and employees.

During Spring Break, the Blue Route, Blue Express and Gold Routes will be out-of-service. Lot 55 and Silver Route service will operate as normal.
