3) Email your design, with your name, phone number, class and major.
Formatting:
For purpose of submission, please submit the design in .jpg and as a .pdf file. If the logo incorporates non-standards fonts, the artist must be able to provide the Augusta Sports Council with the font if their logo is selected.
Prizes:
One winner will be selected and will receive two T-shirts with the winning logo, one $100 Visa gift card and one free race entry. Artistic credit for the winning design will be on the www.augustahalf.org website, in print and other media. The winning design will be used as the official logo for the 2020 Augusta University Half Marathon, 10K & 5K race shirt.
Selection of winner:
All entry designs will be screened to ensure that they comply with the official contest rules and that they have met the guidelines and specifications, as seen on the Augusta Sports Council’s website.
All entries will be judged by the Augusta University Half Marathon, 10K & 5K race committee and Augusta Sports Council staff before going to a public vote on the committee’s top three choices.
In the event that no entry is selected, the Augusta University Half Marathon, 10K & 5K race committee reserves the right to declare no winner and run the contest again at a later date. The Augusta University Half Marathon, 10K & 5K race committee will have all rights to the winning design.
