Student Life and Engagement closes academic year with carnival, sendoff celebrations

To mark the end of another academic year, the Jaguar Production Crew, sponsored by the Office of Student Life and Engagement, is hosting two celebrations on the Summerville Campus.

The first event, the CREW’s annual Spring Fling, will be from 5-8 p.m. April 15 at Lot 106 and the adjacent Jaguar Student Activities Center field. The event is carnival-themed and will feature rides, inflatable games, fair food, T-shirts and more.

The final event, the annual Summer Sendoff, will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. April 28 at the D. Douglas Barnard Jr. Amphitheatre. The sendoff is an opportunity for students to relax and socialize before final exams and graduation. The event will offer free food, live music, giveaways and alumni T-shirts for graduating seniors.

Students should bring their JagCard to participate in either event.

Email The CREW with questions about end-of-year programming.
