Student commercial to air during the Super Bowl

Millions of viewers will be watching Super Bowl XLIX this Sunday on NBC. However, many will also be tuned in to see the elaborate commercials delivered  by companies such as Doritos and Coca-Cola.

This year, Georgia Regents University is getting in on the action by being one of two institutions to have a student-produced commercial featured during the game.

GRU’s commercial  is part of a contest sponsored by WAGT-NBC 26 and Georgia Bank & Trust Company in which local business colleges produced videos highlighting their schools.

Beginning at 10 p.m. on Feb. 1 and ending on Feb. 4, fans will be able to vote for their favorite commercial as many times as they want. So after the game, head over to nbc26.tv/challenge and help the Jags score a Super Bowl win.
