Student Center parking lot access to change

Motorists will soon have to access The Student Center parking lot via Spellman Street or Goss Lane instead of Laney-Walker Boulevard.

On Monday, Jan. 11, the entrance and exit drives into The Student Center lot will be closed to through traffic as construction crews continue work on the Laney-Walker enhancement project. Drivers must instead enter the lot from behind The Student Center, via Spellman Street or Goss Lane, near the sand volleyball court.

An asphalt drive will be constructed to accommodate two-way traffic in and out of the parking lot.

This change in access is expected to last through March.
