Stand out: Submit your undergraduate research to Arsenal today!

Looking to start a career in academia? Drawn to the research lifestyle? If so, submitting your undergraduate research for publication might be one of the best things you can do to make yourself a standout candidate in your given field.

Arsenal is a peer-reviewed, open-access interdisciplinary publication committed to publishing manuscripts resulting from student research. Each paper published in Arsenal undergoes a peer review process facilitated by the journal‘s Editorial Review Board and must be approved by an appointed faculty reviewer in the paper’s respective discipline.

Currently, the Arsenal is accepting submissions of undergraduate research.

Abigail Drescher, CURS program coordinator and managing editor of Arsenal, said the journal is looking for research of all kinds.

“Arsenal is looking for research papers that have either been extended upon from an original class paper or from an Honors Program thesis,” she said. “We’re looking for work from a variety of disciplines.”

Arsenal does not accept works of creative writing, however it will accept literary analysis. Papers analyzing or chronicling works of student art are also acceptable.

Looking for a leg up on the competition? Then Arsenal is the way to go.

Created and maintained by the recognized student organization “On the Shoulders of Giants,” Arsenal submissions are currently only open to Georgia Regents University students. But don’t wait around.

The deadline for article submissions is Jan. 15, 2016.
