Sometimes, you just need a reminder.

Sure, we know that we work at a great place filled with exceptional people, and obviously we know the scholars and researchers and clinicians we produce are so prepared – and the patients we care for so grateful – because of the dedication and compassion of our coworkers, but sometimes we just need a reminder of how truly awesome this place is.

Our Six-Word Stories project gives us – all of us – the chance to explain why we love working here. For some, it’s the opportunity to nurture the next generation; for others, it’s the chance to save the life of someone’s cherished loved one. What you’ll see when you read them is the full scope of what we are and who we are.
