Team Lean is an annual 12-week community-wide weight-loss challenge run by the Family YMCA of Greater Augusta. The program provides the structure and support to help individuals and teams succeed in their goals by offering guidance on nutrition and fitness.
During its eight-year history, 107 corporate teams have participated in helping more than 4,000 employees live a healthier lifestyle.
Not a member of the Family YMCA? Not a problem. Non-members are eligible to participate and will receive a 12-visit guest pass to the Family YMCA of Greater Augusta.
- Registration: Dec. 21-Jan. 8
- Cost: $10, check or cashier’s check
- Note: This year, registration will occur online. Just fill out the Team Lean Registration Form and bring it to the Pope Avenue office.
Come to the kickoff celebration from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Jan. 13 at Terrace Dining to pick up your Team Lean t-shirt and information.
