Reception announced for release of Smith’s second book

Crystal Smith, lead exercise physiologist at Augusta University’s Cardiac Rehabilitation Department, is releasing her second book, The Centered Woman: Focused. Beautiful. Happy., at 5 p.m. on Feb. 6 at Tabernacle Baptist Church in Augusta.

Smith, who was one of the faces of the IGRU campaign, will be donating part of the proceeds to the Children’s Hospital of Georgia.

Speaking at the event will be Mayor Hardie Davis and NBC meteorologist Jay Jefferies.
