New parking management system will help ease registration and more

A new comprehensive parking management system is coming soon to Augusta University and AU Health.

This new system will include a new user friendly customer web portal that will help improve the vehicle registration process and overall parking management.

“Our parking patrons will be very happy with the ease of the new system,” said David SantaAna, director of parking and transportation. “The system will provide a simple registration and permitting process, but will also add many new features that users will find very helpful.”

In preparation of the new system, the Summerville and Health Sciences parking offices will be closed Friday, Jan. 19, 2018. The system will be up and running Monday, Jan. 22, at 10 a.m.

Please note that JagExpress shuttles will not be affected by the closure.

If any problems, please call 1-2953.
