Medical Minute discusses combating obesity

In this week’s Medical Minute, Dr. Joseph Hobbs, chairman of the Department of Family Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University discusses efforts to turn up the heat-burning ability of brown fat by adjusting the expression of a gene that plays a role in making it, with the long-term goal of combating obesity.
