Jag360 launches as new student success portal, replacing Navigate 

On Nov. 1, Augusta University launched Jag360 through AU’s intranet platform, MyAugusta, which replaced Navigate as the student success portal and will enhance the experience for undergraduate students, faculty and staff.

The new platform allows students a streamlined approach to scheduling appointments with Academic Advisement and the Academic Success Center, connecting with faculty and accessing campus resources. For faculty and staff, the platform simplifies student support — from scheduling and managing student success resources to progress reporting and capturing engagement with students.  

“The launch of Jag360 marks a transformative step in how Augusta University supports our students from enrollment through graduation,” said Stanley Singleton, PhD, associate vice president for Student Success. “By building and merging the student success platform with a platform we already trust for the admissions process, we are creating a more seamless, personalized experience for students, faculty and staff. This transition reflects our commitment to innovation and to putting student success at the center of everything we do.” 

All existing Navigate information will be transferred to Jag360, ensuring all past appointments and notes are accessible. For a more efficient and integrated experience, there are two separate portals — Jag360 Student and Jag360 Faculty/Staff — found in MyAugusta. 

Accessing Jag360 Student 

1. Log in to MyAugusta. 

1. Under the Academics tab, click Jag360 Student. 

1. Log in using your AU credentials.

All AU undergraduate students, faculty and staff have full access to Jag360. If you experience an error while logging in, please confirm that you have clicked on the correct portal.
