It’s a wrap: Employee Engagement Survey participation beats last year

The Employee Engagement Survey officially closed at 8 a.m. this morning, and participation was up a percentage point from last year.

When the portal closed, 86 percent of those eligible to participate had completed the survey.

Out of a total of 357 reporting groups, 72 percent achieved 90 percent participation or better, and 65 percent of those reporting groups achieved 100 percent participation.

A final report will be issued next week that will take into account certain changes at the reporting group level – things like leaves of absence, employee terminations or transfers – that could slightly impact specific participation numbers.
