The chance to pursue happiness is one of the pillars of American society. But the real question is, “Can we ever catch it?” Jane Hodges, a lecturer in the Augusta University Department of Psychological Sciences, shares her thoughts on finding happiness in Columbia County Magazine’s article, “The Pursuit of Happiness.” The good news? Happiness is attainable. The bad news? You’ll have to work to find it.
