In photos: Augusta University’s Lighting of the Tree

Augusta University held its annual Lighting of the Tree event with a couple hundred people on hand to enjoy the festivities. President Brooks A. Keel, PhD, was on hand to flip the switch in the annual tradition.

Besides the lighting of the tree, there were photos with Santa, caroling, a holiday market, food and beverages and more.

The event was held in conjunction of the Summerville Neighborhood Association.
