Registration is open for an in-person examination preparation course for the Project Management Professional® (PMP) certification.
The Hull College of Business at Augusta University is an approved Authorized Training Partner for the PMP. Courses will be from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday from Aug. 23 to Sept. 15 at the Georgia Cyber Center.
“Our prep course has been a great success. We have already held two open enrollment classes, last November and February, and a class specifically for U.S. Army Cyber Command in May,” said Dr. Rick Franza, dean of the Hull College of Business.
“We have received outstanding feedback from the attendees, and we’ve heard back from many who have completed the course, have gone on to take the PMP test and passed, and are now certified project management professionals.”
The in-person course meets the 35-hour required PMP training based on the new PMP exam content. The course also provides additional Agile training and assistance with the PMP application.
The course has limited availability and costs $1,495. Registration is open and online.
The instructor, Roger Duke, PMP, ACP, CSM and lecturer in the Hull College of Business, has more than 40 years of project management experience.
