Holistic Grief Support Group to meet Wednesdays in January

The Holistic Grief Support Group, which provides emotional, social, spiritual, psychological and practical support for caregivers, family members, students and employees, will meet from noon until 1 p.m. each Wednesday in January in the second floor conference room at the Ronald McDonald House.

Anyone dealing with grief or experiencing crisis or loss is encouraged to attend.

Topics will include self-care, understanding grief and loss, developing coping skills and preparing for next steps.
