Hess to give inaugural State of MCG Address Aug. 11

Dr. David C. Hess, 27th dean of the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University, will give his inaugural State of the College Address at noon Friday, Aug. 11, in the Natalie and Lansing B. Lee Jr. Auditorium.

In his talk, “Blueprint for our Future,” Hess will discuss this past year’s accomplishments, a plan to grow the medical school’s research enterprise, new processes and improvements at AU Health and innovations in medical education, among other topics.
