Employees with faculty appointments and/or leadership or supervisory positions are eligible to apply for the Diversity and Inclusion fellowship, a 12-13 week commitment beginning in September that will guide fellows toward a better understanding of issues related to diversity and inclusion.
Topics covered in this fellowship will include differences of race, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, physical/cognitive abilities, socioeconomic status, nationality and gender.
