Congratulations!

Congratulations to all of our students and post-doctoral fellows who presented their research at Graduate Research Day. This was a terrific showing for the department. One aspect that is a particular point of pride is that several of the students are very early in their training, yet have already completed sufficient work on their projects to have a story to present. That is fantastic! Thanks to our mentors for their manifold efforts in guiding these cell biologists-in-training! Thanks also to all who gave their time in judging posters.

Recognition is due for Jingwen Cai, Mariam Khaled, Inas Helwa (Liu Lab), Khaled Elmasry (Al-Shabrawey Lab), Jasmine Fuller, Chunyuan Guo (Dong Lab), Ting Liu (Chen Lab), Soumya Navneet (Smith Lab), Jessica Pierce (McGee-Lawrence Lab), Alexendra Aguilar (Hill Lab), Lawrence Hicks (Gonsalvez Lab). Thanks to judges Jing Wang, Z. Dong, D. Hill, P. Schoenlein, J. Brittain, J-K Chen, G. Gonsalvez, Y. Liu, M. McGee-Lawrence, P. Schoenlein, M. Hamrick.
