Celebrate two Augusta University professors at the annual Faculty Authors Reception

Augusta University’s libraries are hosting the sixth annual Faculty Authors Reception at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, in Reese Library to celebrate the university’s faculty members who created works within the past year.

Since 2014, this event has been used to highlight the Faculty Authors Collection and to recognize faculty who author, edit or write a chapter of books.

Featured faculty authors for this year’s event include Dr. Andrew Kemp and Dr. Lori Bolgla.

Kemp serves as an associate professor and program coordinator for educational innovation in the College of Education.

Bolgla serves as an associate professor for physical therapy in the College of Allied Health Sciences.

Dr. Zach Kelehear, vice president for instruction and innovation, will be giving remarks.

The event will also highlight the entire Faculty Authors Collection.

All AU faculty are invited to attend. Refreshments will be provided.
