Bleed for Your Team final results

The numbers are in, and the winner of the Bleed for Your Team blood drive is the College of Dental Medicine.

Team CDM ended the month long competition having donated 128 units of blood, beating the Medical College of Georgia, which ended the competition with 84 units.

In a competition like this, however, everyone’s a winner, especially the patients in need of blood.  Because each donation can help save up to three lives, the generosity of the students, faculty and staff who participated is magnified.

And if you’re feeling left out, don’t worry: the next blood drive is coming up in December.
