Augusta University’s Noon Arts Concert series returns Feb. 14

For the first time since 2019, the Augusta University Arts Council is hosting a Noon Arts Concert from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14 at Lee Auditorium on the Health Sciences Campus.

Students, faculty and staff are welcome to attend the free concert where they can enjoy vocal, dance, spoken word and instrumental performances.

“I am so excited to see the Noon Arts concert series return,” said Jessica Cooley, AU Arts Council secretary and director of business operations in Enrollment and Student Affairs. “I believe it is a wonderful opportunity to bring faculty, staff and students together, whether in the audience or on stage, all for the same vision of enjoying the performing arts.”

The first 100 attendees at the concert will be provided with lunch.

There will be several raffle drawings with prizes that include chocolates, roses or two tickets to Step Afrika! at Maxwell Theatre. To enter the raffles, attendees must bring a non-perishable food item to donate to the Open Paws Food Pantry.

For those unable to attend, the event will be live streamed.
