Augusta University’s Jag1Stop is on the move

Augusta University’s Jag1Stop, currently located at Health Sciences Annex 1, 1499 Walton Way, will relocate to the Roar Store in Washington Hall on the Summerville Campus at 2500 Walton Way.

The following services will be relocated:

  • Campus parking
  • Key control
  • JagCard/badging
  • Professional photos

Services will be unavailable during the relocation. The Jag1Stop move will begin on Friday, Sept. 1, with JagCard, key control and professional photos closing at noon and parking closing at 5 p.m. All services will return to normal operations at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 6, at the Summerville location.

Faculty, staff and students visiting the new Jag1Stop can continue to use digital solutions to help save them time. Please take advantage of the queue management system, QLess, offering the option to remotely sign in to reduce wait time, or use the JagMobile app and select JagCard.

To use QLess, choose “check ahead.” This lets you see how many people are in the queue line and the estimated wait time. If you wish to secure your place in line, sign in and receive texts about your place in line. This allows you to arrive and be the next in line to be served.

If the wait time is low or no wait time is estimated, please sign in when you arrive at the kiosk inside Jag1Stop. If you enter the queue on your mobile device before arriving, you may be called before you arrive. If you receive a text notifying it is your turn, but you have not arrived, the notification will allow you to enter more time, so you don’t “lose” your place within the queue.

The move schedule is tentative and based on project progression. The Jag1Stop office will communicate if there are changes.

For additional information or current procedures, forms, sign-in services and appointments for professional headshots, please visit JagCard or Parking.
